At Tonda, we pride ourselves to be Italian, to carefully select traditional suppliers in Italy and to ensure the traceability of our products that do not contain artificial flavours.*
The success of our famous pizzetta, a unique small pizza, is the result of our traditional preparation and the use of high-quality ingredients. Our organic dough is left to rise naturally and does not contain any animal fats. Besides the pizzetta as our signature dish, we offer focaccia, a variety of salads and soups, and desserts. Most of them being traditionally Italian – or international with an Italian Tonda touch!
Italian coffee specialities, various drinks, wine, beer and liquors are also on our menus.

*Our tomato, semi-finished dough mix and other flour products are organic certified.

Our Focaccia

Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread type.
Our focaccia is made with stone-ground whole wheat of highest quality. We furthermore leave our dough to rise naturally for 48 hours. Both a vegetarian and a meaty version are available at our Tonda restaurants.

Spinach, tomatoes, fiordilatte mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, oregano.

Focaccia with cold cuts

Prosciutto Leporati (Parma) or Mortadella from Bologna, spinach, Pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil.
